Thank you for using the Guess What app. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and sharing of your information when you use our party game application.

Information We Collect

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Guess What stores the following information locally on your device only:

• Player Names and Colors: Names and color preferences you enter for game players
• Game Scores: Scores and statistics from your game sessions
• App Preferences: Your app settings such as theme selection, language preference, sound effects, and vibration settings
• Purchase History: Record of premium category unlocks

Important: This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any servers.

Motion Sensor Data

The app uses your device's accelerometer sensor to detect when you tilt your phone during gameplay (for "Correct" and "Pass" actions). This sensor data:

• Is processed in real-time on your device
• Is never stored or transmitted anywhere
• Is used only for game mechanics

Purchase Information

When you purchase premium categories, payment processing is handled by:

• Apple App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play Store (Android devices)
• RevenueCat: A third-party service that manages subscription verification

Information We Do NOT Collect

Guess What does not collect, store, or transmit:

• Providing core game functionality (displaying player names, tracking scores)

• RevenueCat: Only purchase verification data is shared with RevenueCat to manage premium content unlocks

Data Security

Since all game data is stored locally on your device:

• Your data security depends on your device's security (screen lock, device encryption)
• If you uninstall the app, all local data will be permanently deleted
• We cannot recover your data if you lose your device

Guess What is suitable for all ages, including children. We are committed to protecting children's privacy:

• The app does not contain advertising
• The app does not contain links to social media or external websites
• In-app purchases are protected by app store parental controls

App Permissions

Guess What requests the following permissions:

• Motion & Orientation (Accelerometer): Required for tilt-based game controls (tilting phone forward/backward to mark answers as correct or pass)
• Storage: Used only to save game data and preferences locally on your device

We do not request internet permissions, camera access, microphone access, or location permissions.

Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control:

• Access: All your data is stored in the app's local storage
• Deletion: You can delete all data by uninstalling the app or clearing app data in your device settings
• Portability: Data is stored locally and not transmitted anywhere

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal compliance. When we make changes:
