Welcome to Stampverse. Your privacy is at the core of our values. This policy explains how our mobile application handles your data.

            Privacy First Goal: Stampverse is designed to be a private tool for documenting your
            travels. We believe your memories and locations belong to you, and you alone.
        

1. Data We Collect & How We Use It

Stampverse collects and processes the following data only to provide its core features:

Precise Location: When you capture a stamp, we access your device's exact GPS coordinates to pin the stamp on your personal map and identify the city or region. This data stays on your device.
Camera & Photos: We use your camera to capture new travel stamps and access your photo library only when you choose to import or save a stamp.
Device Metadata: Basic information about your device version and app settings is used for application performance.

2. Data Storage & Security

Local Storage: All your stamps, notes, and location history are stored locally on your device using encrypted system databases (SwiftData). We do not operate central servers to store your personal travel history.

No Accounts: We do not require you to create an account or provide your name, email, or phone number to use the app.

3. Third-Party Services

Apple StoreKit: We use Apple's standard system for subscriptions and purchases. Your payment and subscription status are handled securely by Apple. We do not have access to your credit card information or Apple ID details.

Map Services: We use system map components (Apple Maps) to display your stamps. These services may collect anonymous location data as part of their standard operation.

4. Data Retention

Because your data is stored on your device, you are in full control. Deleting the Stampverse application will permanently delete all local data associated with it, including your stamp collection and location history.

5. Children's Privacy

Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
